The PARA framework organizes operational context into 4 structured directories residing inside the resources/deep-memory/ vault (fully compatible with Obsidian):

1. 01-Projects: Short-term active deliverables with defined deadlines (e.g. client website launch).
2. 02-Areas: Ongoing operational responsibilities without an end date (e.g. Finance, Marketing SOPs).
3. 03-Resources: Reference materials, frameworks, templates, and guides.
4. 04-Archives: Inactive or completed projects stored for historical context.

The Central Index: Single Source of Truth (memory-SSOT.md)

To prevent notes from remaining static, PocketOffice links the vault using resources/memory-SSOT.md. The memory-manager module continuously audits index integrity, connecting:

• Operational JSON datastores in application modules.
• AI agent skills (AI Skills).
